Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival & Antigua Birding
- Arrival in Antigua Guatemala and hotel check-in
- Afternoon birding at Finca El Pilar, searching for Highland Guan, Blue-throated Motmot, and bush-tanagers
- Welcome dinner and trip briefing
Day 2: Tecpán & Ranchitos del Quetzal
- Early transfer to Tecpán for highland specialties, including the Pink-headed Warbler
- Breakfast at a local lodge
- Continue to Ranchitos del Quetzal to observe the Resplendent Quetzal and Black-capped Swallow
